In the muscle groove between musculi longissimus dorsal and iliocostalis，lateral to the tip of the transverse process of the 6th lumbar vertebra.Bilateral (Fig.107，44#).Angular insertion inwards and downwards.Filiform needle 1-2cm，or moxibustion with mugwort.Indications：Enteritis，enterospasm，pain and sprain of the lumbar region.
