In the muscle groove between musculi longissimus dorsal and iliocostalis，lateral to the tip of the transverse process of the 7th lumbar vertebra.Bilateral (Fig.107，45#).Perpendicular insertion.Filiform needle 1-2cm.Indications：Cystitis，hematuria，spasm of the urinary bladder，retention of the urine，pain and sprain of the lumbar region.
