In the fossa behind the posterior angle of the scapula.Bilateral (Fig.107，51#).Angular insertion along the medial border of the scapula inwards and downwards.Filiform needle 2-4cm or moxibustion with mugwort.Indications：Rheumatism，pain of the shoulder，lung-heat，pneumonia，paralysis of the scapular nerve.
