At the interosseous space of radius and ulna，in the proximal 1/4 of the lateral surface of the antebrachium，between the musculi flexor carpi lateralis and 5th flexor digitalis.Bilateral (Fig.107，59#).Perpendicular insertion.Filiform needle 2-4cm，or moxibustion with mugwort.Indications：paralysis of the radial and ulnar nerves，neuralgia，rheumatism of the thoracic limb.
