At the distal end 1/4 of the lateral surface of the antebrachium ，at the interosseous space of the radius and ulna.Bilateral (Figs.106，107;60#).Perpendicular insertion.Filiform needle 1-3cm，or moxibustion with mugwort.Indications：Paralysis of the radial and ulnar nerves，constipation，rheumatism of the thoracic limb.
