At the distal end 1/4 of the medial surface of the antebrachium，at the interosseous space of the radius and ulna.Bilateral (Figs.106，107;61#).Perpendicular insertion.Filiform needle 1-2cm，or moxibustion with mugwort.Indications：paralysis of the thoracic limb，stomach and intestinal spasm，shock，cardiac diseases，apoplexy.
